Daytime Support
Caring for baby while you rest/shower/eat
Help with infant wearing, feeding and soothing
Meal preparation
Help with laundry
Kitchen tidying
Grocery shopping/errand running
Breastfeeding Counseling
Investment: $50/hr.
Overnight Support
(Baby’s care and needs are the priority)
Rest for the whole family
Basic housekeeping (unload dishwasher, wipe counters, etc.)

Postpartum Client Review
Christina was our night doula for the first 2 months with our baby, once a week. She was great with the baby and super helpful for us in learning tips and tricks that we didn't know about dealing with babies and breast milk!
